REPORT AN ISSUE
Is there a light out on your street? Have you seen a mattress on the pavement? Any issues you've seen in Portsmouth, report it and we will investigate it.
APPLY FOR A LICENCE OR PERMIT
We provide permits for vehicle crossing, oversailings, entrance markings, materials and scaffolding on highways. Fill in one of our forms to submit your permit.
